Overview
All sales are final, but should a bag of coffee break, spoil, or otherwise get damaged during shipping, then please contact us and we will gladly send you a new one. We simply ask that you document the damage and reach out to us within 30 days of the order date.
If for whatever reason we are unable to supply a new version of the product you ordered (for example, there’s no longer existing stock of a limited time product), then we will refund your purchase. You will first be notified by email and then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info[at]imperiumcoffeebrews.com. Please include proof of purchase and a picture or image to document your claim.
